Sajosps welcomes original, unpublished and scholarly research papers of high standard in any of its core areas:
- Social Sciences
- Management
- Tourism
- Biotechnology
- Information Technology
Mode of Submission: Contributions should be sent in a hard copy format accompanied by a CD Version. Floppy is not accepted. A soft copy should also be sent by Email. Hard and soft copy versions are inevitable for processing. Authors are requested to prepare their soft copy versions in MS Word format. PDF versions are not accepted.
Declaration: Contributors must furnish us a declaration stating that “the research paper / article ("entitled...........") has not been published so far, will not send elsewhere for publication and the same is an original work of the contributor(s). Authors should also certify that proper citation to the previously reported work have been given and no data / table / figures have been quoted vibration from other publications without giving due acknowledgement and without the permision of the authors, wherever warranted”. The paper will be put up before the panel of adjudicators only after the receipt of the Declaration duly signed by the author(s).
Publication: Every effort will be made to ensure early publication of papers of excellence. Papers with immediate relevance would be considered for early publication. Since we receive a large number of papers, adequate time has to be provided for seeking opinion of our board of adjudicators.
Acknowledgement: Receipt of articles will be immediately acknowledged by Email/Post with a reference number. Quoting the reference number in enquiries will help.
Copyright: Copy right of articles vests in the Sajosps journal who would be free to reproduce them in any compilation/edited volumes.
Rejected papers: In case an article is not being used, a letter/Email message shall be issued soon after a decision is taken. The manuscript of the article will be not returned.
Bio-line: A brief bio-line about the writer (s) should be accompanied with paper.
Address for correspondence: Writer (s) are requested to provide full details for correspondence – postal address (Official and Residence), land and cell numbers and email address.
Telephone Numbers Residential / Cell number should be given as we are experiencing difficulty in contacting a good number of contributors at their office, during working hours.
Views and Opinions: The views expressed in the articles are exclusively of the writers. Also each writer takes full responsibility for ensuring that facts furnished in their papers are true and correct and there is no violation of any law. The editor, editorial board, advisory board of the Sajosps is no way responsible for them.
Re-production: The journal or any part thereof should not be reproduced without the written permission ‘ of the publisher.
Before Dispatch: Contributors are requested to send their articles which are complete in all respects. Please ensure before despatch – hard copy, soft copy, CD in word format, Email version, abstract, Photograph, declaration and full details for correspondence to facilitate quicker processing.
